Bio

Heather Rose Bartow is currently the Assistant Treasurer for DAV Chapter 15. Her goal and aim is to assist DAV Chapter 15 with organizing and structuring all financial records for the current fiscal year and previous years in order to create a streamline process. She has held many positions in her lifetime for non-profit and corporate organizations. Heather has also owned several businesses and in addition is currently a writer, illustrator, graphic designer, artist, bookkeeper, philanthropist.
