The "Public Relations Chairman" is responsible for responding to requests for information, release or press conferences from the media or designated as a spokesperson or source of information. He /She must establish and maintain cooperative relationships with various groups and organize media appearances and interviews for Chapter 15 Disabled American Veterans.
