The Public Relations (PR) Chairman and Committee work together to develop and maintain the image of our Chapter just to start.

The Public Relations Chairman is responsible for responding to requests for information, release or press conferences from the media or designated as a spokes person or source of information.

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with various groups and organize media appearances and interviews for Chapter 15 Disabled American Veterans. Build and sustain the public image of the Disabled American Veterans.

Duties also include but not limited to planning PR Programs, writing Press Releases and organizing Campaigns under the directive of Chapter 15 Commander to promote DAV within the public eye.

Hold monthly meeting with the Public relations Committee in an effort to bring better awareness and organization to the community and the public.

"Public Relations Committee Members" are responsible for working with the Public Relations Committee Chair with initiating new ideas that benefits the Disabled American Veterans; to ensure information is being sent out to the public/community.

Attend all monthly meetings when required. All committee members are required to perform the duties of the Chairperson when necessary
