OOD is responsible for maintaining a list of visitors at chapter meetings and introducing visitors when called upon by the commander. The Sergeant-at-Arms assists the commander in
preserving order during chapter meetings.
Harley is a Lifetime member of DAV. he enjoys being involved with fellow Veterans helping Veterans. He served in the USN 1969 -1973. He had additional experience of employment at the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, China Lake Naval Weapons Center and VA Hospital Reno.
Harley has been a Pahrump business owner for over 30 years (AC Contractor) retired now. he has experience as a former Pahrump Town Board member and Pahrump Regional Planning District board member.
These past experiences help him help others in many ways and give him insight to solving Veteran issues on occasion. These experiences have given Harley invaluable skills to work with others when needed to carry out goals.
